Mandatory Requirements
Minimum 3–8 years of relevant experience in Australian PR documentation.
Graduate in any discipline.
Hands-on experience in Australian skilled migration documentation and visa processing.
Strong understanding of Australian immigration regulations, assessment authorities, and documentation standards.

Core Responsibilities
Prepare, review, and submit Australian immigration and visa applications accurately.
Review reference letters and provide appropriate recommendations for improvement.
Verify client documents against the prescribed documentation checklist.
Guide clients regarding documentation requirements and application procedures.
Collect supporting documents and suggest suitable alternatives wherever necessary.
Ensure applications are complete, accurate, and compliant before submission.
Keep abreast of changes in Australian immigration laws, policies, and migration programs.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and application progress.
Provide regular updates to clients regarding application status.
Handle client concerns and escalations professionally and within agreed timelines.
Mentor, guide, and support junior documentation executives on case handling, documentation standards, and process improvements.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
