BCAD Global Engineering is looking for enthusiastic and technically inclined Graduate Trainee Engineers to join our Operations team in the Structural Steel Detailing domain. The selected candidates will undergo structured training and gain practical exposure to structural steel detailing projects, project coordination, quality processes, and day-to-day operations. Based on performance and learning ability, candidates will have the opportunity to progress into Trainee Lead and Project Lead responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Undergo training in structural steel detailing and related operational processes.
- Understand project requirements, drawings, specifications, and client standards.
- Support the team in executing structural steel detailing projects.
- Coordinate with team members and senior project personnel to ensure timely project completion.
- Maintain accuracy and quality while working on assigned projects.
- Learn and follow company standards, workflows, and quality procedures.
- Track assigned tasks and ensure work is completed within project timelines.
- Identify basic project-related issues and escalate them to the appropriate senior team member.
- Gradually take ownership of team-level responsibilities based on performance and experience.
- Support Project Leads in project coordination and team management activities.
- Demonstrate leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills as responsibilities increase.
Eligibility
- B.E./B.Tech graduates from Civil or Mechanical Engineering background.
- Minimum 60% academic score preferred.
- Freshers and candidates with up to 1 year of experience are eligible.
- Strong interest in learning Structural Steel Detailing and Operations.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of engineering drawings and technical concepts will be an advantage.
- Willingness to work in Day / Evening shifts.
- Candidates should be willing to work from the Coimbatore office.

Pay: ₹21,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
