Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically skilled Civil Structural Draughtsman to join our engineering division. In this role, you will act as a vital bridge between our architectural concepts and structural drawings, translating engineering designs into detailed, accurate structural drawings, reinforcement layouts, and fabrication plans. You will work closely with our core team of Structural Engineers and Architects to ensure all deliverables are seamless and clash-free.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed structural drawings, sections, and foundation plans for concrete, steel, and masonry structures using AutoCAD.
- Revise and update design models and drawings based on engineering redlines, architectural updates, or site-specific requirements.
- Coordinate directly with our internal architectural and external MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) teams to identify and resolve design clashes early.
- Ensure all drawings adhere to KS Design Cell’s drafting standards, layering protocols, and local building regulations.
- Manage, update, and archive drawing registers to ensure strict version control for all active projects.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Education: Diploma in Civil Engineering, ITI Draughtsman (Civil), or an equivalent certified credential in Computer-Aided Design (CAD).
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years of proven experience specifically in structural drafting and detailing.
- Software Skills: Absolute proficiency in AutoCAD (2D/3D); hands-on experience with Revit Structure or other BIM modeling software is highly preferred.
- Technical Knowledge: Strong, baseline understanding of structural mechanics, concrete/steel detailing codes, and standard construction methodology.
- Soft Skills: A sharp eye for detail, excellent spatial visualization skills, and the capability to manage tight deadlines across multiple consulting projects.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
