We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Online Marketing Executive to manage our online sales channels and support international business development. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with e-commerce marketplaces and be comfortable communicating with overseas buyers.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage online selling platforms such as Flipkart, Amazon, and Meesho.
- Create and maintain product listings with accurate titles, descriptions, images, and pricing.
- Process orders and mark products as "Ready to Ship" on e-commerce portals.
- Monitor inventory, update stock availability, and coordinate with the dispatch team.
- Optimize product listings to improve visibility and sales performance.
- Communicate with international buyers through email and phone regarding products, pricing, and inquiries.
- Follow up with prospective buyers and maintain professional business relationships.
- Assist with online marketing activities to increase product reach and sales.
Preferred Skills
- Experience working with Flipkart, Amazon, and Meesho seller portals.
- Knowledge of product listing, catalog management, and order processing.
- Good communication skills in English (spoken and written).
- Ability to handle buyer communication via calls and emails.
- Basic understanding of online marketing and marketplace operations.
- Knowledge of merchandising, especially leather goods, will be an added advantage.
Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
- 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce operations, online marketing, or marketplace management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic computer applications.
