Handle customer queries and provide support through WhatsApp, phone calls, and emails.
Coordinate with customers regarding orders, services, appointments, or project updates.
Maintain professional communication and ensure timely resolution of customer concerns.
Update and manage customer information in the company's internal software/ERP/CRM systems.
Prepare reports, maintain records, and track daily operational activities.
Coordinate between different departments to ensure smooth workflow and process execution.
Monitor task progress and follow up with customers and team members.
Ensure data accuracy and compliance with company procedure
