We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Marketing & HR Intern to support our marketing and human resource activities. The intern will gain hands-on experience in recruitment, employee engagement, social media marketing, lead generation, branding, and business development initiatives. This role is ideal for students and fresh graduates looking to build a career in HR and Marketing.
Key ResponsibilitiesHuman Resources
- Assist in sourcing and screening candidates from job portals and social media.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records.
- Support employee onboarding and documentation processes.
- Assist in employee engagement and HR activities.
Marketing
- Create and publish content for social media platforms.
- Assist in digital marketing campaigns and promotions.
- Generate and manage leads through online channels.
- Support email marketing and WhatsApp marketing campaigns.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Help in organizing workshops, events, and promotional activities.
Administrative Support
- Prepare reports and maintain records.
- Coordinate with different departments as required.
- Assist in day-to-day office operations.
Required Qualifications
- Pursuing or completed MBA, BBA, B.Com, BA, BCA, B.Tech, or related degree.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and Google Workspace.
- Interest in HR, Recruitment, Marketing, and Business Development.
- Ability to learn quickly and work in a team environment.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing.
- Basic understanding of recruitment processes.
- Content writing and communication skills.
