Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Rotoscoping Supervisor to lead our roto team within the VFX pipeline. The role involves overseeing shot quality, guiding artists, and ensuring timely delivery while maintaining high production standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage the rotoscoping team across multiple projects
- Review and approve roto work for accuracy and quality
- Assign shots and ensure deadlines are met
- Collaborate closely with compositing, paint, and tracking teams
- Provide guidance, feedback, and training to junior artists
- Handle complex roto shots when required
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in rotoscoping/VFX (including leadership exposure)
- Strong proficiency in Silhouette, Nuke, Mocha, or After Effects
- Excellent understanding of edge refinement and motion handling
- Prior experience in team handling or supervision
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
