Key Responsibilities:
Install, configure, and maintain desktop computers, laptops, printers, scanners, and other IT peripherals.
Diagnose and repair hardware faults in computers and related equipment.
Install and upgrade operating systems, drivers, and application software.
Perform preventive maintenance of IT equipment to ensure optimal performance.
Replace faulty hardware components such as RAM, HDD/SSD, SMPS, motherboard, keyboard, mouse, and monitors.
Configure and troubleshoot LAN, Wi-Fi, and basic network connectivity issues.
Install and maintain printers, scanners, biometric devices, and other peripherals.
Maintain records of IT assets, repairs, warranties, and service reports.
Provide technical support to users and resolve hardware/software issues promptly.
Ensure antivirus protection, system updates, and basic cybersecurity practices are followed.
Follow organizational IT policies, information security guidelines, and confidentiality requirements.
Support implementation and maintenance of Hospital Information Management System (HIMS) and other hospital IT applications, if applicable.
Skills Required:
Knowledge of computer hardware troubleshooting and repair.
Basic networking (LAN, TCP/IP, Wi-Fi).
Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office.
Good problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Qualification:
Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology.
Hardware certification (A+, CCNA, or equivalent) preferred.
0–1 years of experience in computer hardware. Fresher can apply.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
