Job Summary
The Accounts & Finance Head will oversee the financial health of the organization, ensuring accurate accounting, compliance, financial planning,
and strategic decision-making. This role is critical in managing project finances, cash flow, and regulatory compliance specific to the real estate sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the accounts and finance department
- Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting for projects
- Monitor cash flow, fund management, and project-wise financial tracking
- Ensure timely preparation of financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow)
- Handle taxation (GST, TDS, Income Tax) and ensure compliance with statutory regulations
- Manage audits (internal & external) and liaise with auditors
- Ensure compliance with RERA, banking, and legal financial requirements
- Track project costing, profitability, and ROI analysis
- Coordinate with banks and financial institutions for funding and loan management
- Implement financial controls and risk management strategies
- Supervise accounts payable/receivable and vendor payments
- Provide MIS reports and financial insights to top management

- Strong knowledge of real estate financial management
- Expertise in taxation (GST, TDS) and statutory compliance

Qualifications
- CA / CMA / MBA (Finance)
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting
- Strong experience in real estate or construction industry

- Cash flow management efficiency
- Compliance adherence (zero penalties)
- Project profitability and cost control
- Audit performance and financial transparency
Preferred Experience
- Experience in handling multiple real estate projects simultaneously
- Knowledge of RERA compliance and project funding structures
- Experience in ERP/accounting software (Tally, SAP, etc.)
