Job Summary
The Community Management Associate will be responsible for nurturing and engaging prospective clients within WhatsApp communities, guiding them through the customer journey, and supporting lead conversion efforts. The role requires a strong understanding of nutrition and wellness programs, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build meaningful relationships with prospects through consistent engagement, education, and follow-up.
The ideal candidate should be comfortable interacting with prospects, participating in webinars, managing community conversations, coordinating content initiatives, and maintaining accurate lead documentation.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead Nurturing & Conversion Support
- Develop a thorough understanding of all company programs, services, and customer journeys.
- Guide prospects within WhatsApp communities by answering queries and providing appropriate next steps.
- Educate leads on program benefits and direct them toward suitable solutions.
- Support the sales and operations teams in improving lead-to-conversion rates.
2. Community Engagement Management
- Manage day-to-day interactions across WhatsApp communities.
- Respond promptly to member queries, comments, and discussions.
- Foster a positive, engaging, and supportive community environment.
- Encourage active participation and maintain community engagement levels.
3. Webinar Participation & Attendance Management
- Promote upcoming webinars within community groups.
- Send reminders and follow-up communications to maximize attendance.
- Track and improve webinar joining rates and retention rates.
- Participate in webinars as required and confidently engage with prospects on camera.
- Assist webinar hosts in driving interaction and audience participation.
4. Content Coordination & Distribution
- Coordinate with the Marketing team to create relevant educational and engagement content.
- Share approved content within communities according to the engagement calendar.
- Identify common prospect questions and suggest content opportunities.
- Support execution of community campaigns and engagement initiatives
5. Lead Documentation & Data Management
- Maintain accurate records of leads and community members.
- Document lead interests, behavioral traits, engagement levels, and buying stages.
- Ensure data hygiene and regular updates within CRM, spreadsheets, or tracking systems.
- Generate insights to support lead nurturing strategies.
6. Reactivation & Campaign Management
- Segment leads into relevant cohorts based on interests and engagement behavior.
- Execute WhatsApp bulk messaging campaigns to activate dormant or inactive leads.
- Monitor campaign responses and engage interested prospects.
- Coordinate with relevant teams to ensure timely follow-up of qualified leads.
Required Qualifications
Education Bachelor's Degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, Food Science, Health Sciences, Life Sciences, or related fields preferred.
Preferred Experience
- 1–3 years of experience in Community Management, Customer Success, Counseling, Nutrition Coaching, Lead Nurturing, or Client Engagement roles.
- Experience managing online communities (WhatsApp, Facebook Groups, Telegram, etc.).
- Exposure to webinar management and lead engagement activities will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
