You’ll create and follow quality assurance policies, do tests and inspections, find any issues with production or products, and come up with solutions. We are seeking a QA professional with expertise in the travel domain and a background in working within the travel industry.
Perform thorough testing of software applications to identify defects, bugs, and usability issues.
Develop and execute test cases, test plans, and test scripts based on project requirements.
Conduct manual and automated testing to verify software functionality, performance, and reliability.
Identify, analyze, and document software defects and issues, and collaborate with the development team to resolve them.
Participate in the design and implementation of testing processes, tools, and methodologies to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and product managers, to ensure high-quality software delivery.
Track and report on testing progress, test coverage, and test results to stakeholders.
Assist in the identification and implementation of continuous improvement initiatives for QA processes and practices.
