We are looking for a dynamic, motivated & results-driven Lead Generation & Sales Executive, to join our amazing sales team. You should have a good understanding of lead generation process & ERP sales / B2B Sales activities. Specific experience selling ERP software to manufacturing sector is preferred.
Location: Bhilai, Chhattisgarh
Education: Graduation/Post Graduation in Marketing & Sales.
Experience: 2 to 3 years in Lead generation and selling ERP Software / SaaS ERP

As a Lead Generation & Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating business leads from manufacturing companies.
Your primarily responsibilities will include but not limited to:
Lead Generation using LinkedIn
Sell by Chat on LinkedIn
- Use LinkedIn & Sales Navigator daily to identify decision makers
- Create a large prospect database on LinkedIn
- Send personalized connection requests on LinkedIn daily
- Engage, converse, build rapport with prospects with aim to book Triage call
Triage Calls
- Run scripted triage calls with people engaged on LinkedIn
- Qualify prospects by understanding their pain points & ERP needs
- Nurture qualified leads & follow up till they convert to customers
Cold Calling
- Cold Calling decision makers to generate interest in ERP, Webinar, Events and many more to conduct
Sales Activities
- Discovery calls, presentations, product demos
- Travel for client meetings, product demo, industry events etc.
- Carry out negotiations about pricing, terms etc. & close deals
- Build good relations & nurture prospects for converting to customers
- Ensure accurate sales data & prepare sales reports
You should have sound knowledge of:
- Experience in generating ERP/B2B Leads online.
- LinkedIn lead generation, Sales Navigator
- Confidence in handling calls with decision makers of companies
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills
- Strong persuasion, negotiation & closing skills
- Managing leads, sales, pipeline
- Manufacturing industries business challenges, pain points
- ERP software modules & functionalities
