About the Role
We are looking for a creative and passionate 3D Artist to join our XR team. You will be responsible for creating high quality 3D assets, characters, environments, animations, and interactive content for Virtual Reality (VR), Augmented Reality (AR), Mixed Reality (MR), WebXR, digital twins, simulations, games, and immersive experiences.
You will work closely with designers, developers, and project teams to transform ideas into engaging, optimized, and production-ready 3D content.
Key Responsibilities

Create high quality 3D models for products, characters, environments, architectural spaces, props, and interactive experiences.

Design game ready and real time optimized assets suitable for VR, AR, MR, WebXR, simulations, and digital experiences.

Develop high quality textures and materials using industry standard PBR workflows.

Create clean UV maps and perform high to low poly baking.

Rig characters, mechanical objects, and interactive assets.

Produce animations for characters, products, industrial processes, simulations, and immersive applications.

Collaborate with developers to integrate assets into Unity, Unreal Engine, WebXR, and other real time platforms.

Maintain visual consistency and quality across projects.

Optimize assets for performance across desktop, mobile, VR, and web platforms.

Follow project standards, naming conventions, and asset management practices.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Animation, Multimedia, Game Art, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or a related field.

1 to 4 years of relevant experience.

Strong portfolio showcasing modelling, texturing, rigging, and animation work.
