Job Description: Delta Group is looking for a creative and experienced Professional Real Estate Photographer & Videographer to capture high-end images and cinematic walkthrough videos of our ongoing and completed residential and commercial properties across Navi Mumbai.
Key Responsibilities
- Property Shooting: Capture stunning interior, exterior, and architectural photographs of properties, show flats, and clubhouses.
- Video Production: Shoot and produce engaging walkthrough videos, social media reels, and aerial/drone footage of project sites.
- Post-Processing: Execute professional HDR blending, color correction, and advanced image retouching using Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom.
- Team Collaboration: Coordinate with marketing and sales teams to deliver high-quality media assets for digital campaigns, brochures, and hoardings.
- Brand Alignment: Maintain absolute consistency in lighting, framing, and visual standards aligned with the Delta Group brand identity.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Industry Experience: Proven professional experience in real estate, interior, or architectural photography.
- Gear Proficiency: Deep expertise with DSLR/Mirrorless cameras, wide-angle lenses, gimbals, and studio/ambient lighting equipment.
- Editing Software: Strong command over professional editing suites (Adobe Creative Cloud) is desirable.
- Portfolio: A compelling portfolio showcasing previous real estate or architectural work is preferred.
