Location- Pune
Experience- Min 12years of relevant experience in corporate hospital pharmacy operations or reputed pharmacy retail chains.
Salary - Upto 12 LPA
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the overall pharmacy operations, ensuring efficient workflow and patient-centric services.
- Ensure compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements related to pharmacy operations.
- Monitor procurement, inventory management, stock planning, and vendor coordination to ensure uninterrupted medicine availability.
- Develop and implement SOPs to maintain quality standards and improve operational efficiency.
- Supervise and mentor pharmacy staff, ensuring high performance and continuous professional development.
- Coordinate with doctors, nursing teams, and hospital management for seamless pharmacy services.
- Monitor medication safety, storage practices, expiry management, and controlled drug handling.
