Key Responsibilities
- Daily Operations: Open and close the cafe, manage shift workflows, and operate the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Team Management: Train, schedule, and supervise staff, ensuring excellent grooming and performance standards.
- Customer Service: Address queries, resolve complaints, and ensure an inviting and positive atmosphere.
- Inventory & Purchasing: Monitor stock levels, track ingredient usage, and place orders with suppliers while minimizing waste.
- Compliance: Maintain strict hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety regulations.
Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
