Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented, highly motivated Legal Analyst to join our dynamic Legal Process Outsourcing (LPO) / Corporate Legal team. In this role, you will work directly with US-based legal frameworks, supporting attorneys and corporations by handling legal research, document review, and contract compliance.

Key Responsibilities
- Contract & Document Management: Draft, review, and proofread commercial contracts, non-disclosure agreements (NDAs), leases, and vendor policies to ensure compliance with US laws.
- Legal Research & Analysis: Conduct in-depth research using global databases (like Westlaw or LexisNexis) regarding US regulations, case precedents, and compliance mandates.
- E-Discovery & Document Review: Analyze high-volume legal dockets, case files, and witness testimonies for upcoming litigations or regulatory audits.
- Case Tracking & Intake: Monitor case queues, intake legal requests, classify matters by urgency/complexity, and update internal matter management systems (e.g., Legal Tracker).
- Cross-Border Collaboration: Act as a reliable point of contact for US onshore attorneys and corporate legal teams, delivering high-quality updates on deadlines.
Key Skills & Requirements
- Experience: 0 to1 years of experience in an LPO, KPO, or international corporate legal department handling US clients/processes.
- Communication: Exceptional written and spoken English skills are non-negotiable, as you will interact directly with US stakeholders.
- Analytical Mindset: High attention to detail with the ability to identify hidden risks or anomalies in dense legal text.
- Shift Flexibility: Complete comfort and reliability working standard US night shifts.
Education & Qualifications
- Required: LL.B. / LL.M. degree from a recognized university.
- Alternatively: Graduates in Commerce/Finance with extensive hands-on experience specifically in international contract compliance or US title search processes.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹317,000.00 per year
