Responsibilities:
· Conduct training sessions as per the approved curriculum and training schedule.
· Prepare lesson plans, presentations, and training materials for classroom and practical sessions.
· Deliver engaging theory and practical training sessions to trainees.
· Ensure trainees understand course content and practical applications effectively.
· Conduct tests, assessments, assignments, and evaluations as per program guidelines.
· Monitor trainee performance and provide regular feedback for improvement.
· Maintain assessment records and progress reports accurately.
· Maintain daily attendance and training records for all trainees.
· Monitor trainee discipline, punctuality, participation, and classroom behavior.
· Provide trainee support, mentoring, and counseling whenever required.
· Ensure a positive and productive learning environment.
· Coordinate with the Program Coordinator regarding batch progress, trainee issues, and training updates.
· Strong communication and presentation skills.
· Knowledge of practical and theory-based training methods.
Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:
· GNM / BSC / MSC Nursing, qualification required.
· 2–3 years of training experience in skill development/training institutes preferred.
· Relevant certification & technical qualification preferred.
· Excellent Communication skills.
· Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
