Role Overview: We are looking for a results-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to generate leads, conduct outreach, manage client communication, and contribute to the company’s revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate Leads through: LinkedIn, Cold Emailing, Business Directories & Research
- Conduct Outreach and Follow-Ups via:Email, WhatsApp, LinkedIn
- Qualify Prospects and Schedule Meetings
- Maintain CRM Records, Lead Trackers, and Reports
- Conduct Market Research and Identify Growth Opportunities
- Coordinate with Internal Teams for Smooth Onboarding
- Participate in Client Meetings and Zoom Calls
Requirements:
- 1–3 Years Experience in Business Development / Sales
- Strong English Communication Skills
- Experience in Cold Outreach and Lead Generation
- Self-Driven, Target-Oriented Mindset
- Familiarity with LinkedIn, CRM tools, and Excel
- Comfortable Working across Indian & International Time Zones
