- Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and salon standards.
- Monitor stock, products, and equipment requirements.
- Resolve customer complaints professionally.
- Support sales, promotions, and revenue growth.
- Prepare staff schedules and manage attendance.
- Report daily performance to management.
Required Skills
- Prior experience in salon management or salon operations.
- Good communication and leadership skills.
- Knowledge of unisex salon services.
- Ability to manage customers and staff effectively.
- Basic computer and billing knowledge.
- Presentable personality and professional attitude.
Preferred Qualifications
