About the Role
Interiocity is looking for an experienced and responsible Site Supervisor to oversee day-to-day execution of interior projects at site. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating workers, contractors, vendors, and internal teams while ensuring that work is completed as per approved drawings, quality standards, timelines, and project requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage day-to-day site activities for interior projects.
- Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, designs, specifications, and measurements.
- Coordinate with carpenters, electricians, plumbers, painters, fabricators, civil workers, and other site teams.
- Allocate daily tasks to workers and monitor their productivity.
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors for timely execution and material requirements.
- Check the quality of workmanship and ensure corrections are carried out wherever required.
- Monitor project progress and ensure work is completed within the assigned timelines.
- Maintain daily site updates, work progress reports, and material records.
- Identify site-related issues and immediately communicate them to the Project Manager / Management.
- Ensure materials are received, stored, and used properly at the site.
- Verify quantities and measurements of completed work before reporting for billing or payment.
- Ensure proper coordination between different trades to avoid delays and rework.
- Monitor site cleanliness, safety, and discipline.
- Ensure workers follow site safety procedures and company guidelines.
- Coordinate with the design and execution teams regarding any changes or site requirements.
- Attend to client/site-related concerns and coordinate with the concerned team for resolution.
- Take photographs and provide regular progress updates to management.
- Ensure the site is handed over properly after completion of assigned work.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Site Supervisor, preferably in interior fit-out / residential / commercial interior projects.
- Good knowledge of interior execution and construction processes.
- Strong understanding of carpentry, civil, electrical, plumbing, painting, false ceiling, flooring, and other interior works.
- Ability to read and understand interior drawings and layouts.
- Good knowledge of measurements, quantities, and basic site estimation.
- Strong vendor and labour coordination skills.
- Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple activities and meet project deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and quality.
- Should be comfortable working at project sites across Noida/NCR.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel / WhatsApp reporting / digital site documentation will be preferred.

The ideal candidate should be hands-on, responsible, disciplined, and proactive, with the ability to independently manage site activities and keep management informed about progress, delays, material requirements, manpower issues, and other site-related concerns.
