The Regulatory Affairs & Label Compliance Officer is responsible for ensuring that all products comply with applicable regulatory requirements before manufacturing, marketing, and sale. The role includes label review and approval, FSSAI licensing, Food & Drug compliance, documentation, regulatory submissions, inspection handling, legal compliance, and coordination with internal departments and government authorities.
Key Responsibilities1. FSSAI Compliance
- Ensure compliance with the Food Safety and Standards Act and applicable regulations.
- Apply for new FSSAI Licenses and Registrations.
- Renew and modify FSSAI licenses.
- Prepare and submit Annual Returns.
- Maintain FoSCoS records.
- Handle FSSAI inspections.
- Reply to Show Cause Notices.
- Maintain regulatory documentation.

2. Food & Drug Compliance
- Coordinate Food & Drug Administration approvals.
