About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive – India Market to drive B2B sales across domestic markets. This is an office-based role focused on inside sales, lead generation, and client relationship management. The candidate should be well-versed in B2B selling and handling clients over calls, emails, and virtual platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new B2B business opportunities across India
- Generate leads through cold calling, email outreach, and online research
- Handle end-to-end sales cycle remotely (no field visits)
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients via calls and virtual meetings
- Understand client requirements and offer suitable product solutions
- Negotiate pricing, close deals, and achieve sales targets
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order execution
- Maintain and update CRM records regularly
- Track market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback
Key Requirements
- 1–4 years of experience in B2B Sales / Inside Sales / Business Development
- Strong communication and negotiation skills (especially over calls)
- Proven ability in lead generation and deal closure
- Experience in FMCG / Food / Organic industry preferred
- Comfortable working from office in a day shift role
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office

Compensation
- As per industry standards
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Jodhpur, Rajasthan: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
