Job Description
The F&B Service Guest Service Associate (GSA) is responsible for providing courteous, efficient, and professional food and beverage service to hotel guests while ensuring a memorable dining experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome guests with a warm and friendly attitude.
- Escort guests to their tables and present the menu.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately.
- Provide menu information and recommend food and beverage options to guests.
- Serve food and beverages according to hotel service standards.
- Ensure timely and accurate service.
- Maintain cleanliness and proper table setup before and after service.
- Handle guest requests and complaints politely and promptly.
- Coordinate with the kitchen and other departments for smooth operations.
- Process guest bills accurately and handle payments as per hotel procedures.
- Follow hygiene, safety, and grooming standards at all times.
- Assist in buffet setup, banquet service, and special events when required.
Candidate Profile
- 12th Pass or Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management (preferred).
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude and customer-focused approach.
- Ability to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- Basic knowledge of food and beverage service is an advantage.
