Job Summary
We are looking for a smart, confident, and well-organized Executive Assistant to provide support to the GP. The role involves managing daily schedules, coordinating meetings, handling official communication, accompanying the GPfor business meetings and work-related travel, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the GROUP PRESIDEN 'S calendar, appointments, and daily schedule.
- Coordinate meetings and maintain meeting records.
- Handle emails, calls, and official correspondence.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documents.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external clients.
- Accompany the Director for business meetings and official travel whenever required.
- Arrange travel bookings, hotel reservations, and travel itineraries.
- Maintain confidentiality of business information.
- Follow up on pending tasks and ensure timely completion.
- Perform other executive support and administrative responsibilities assigned by the Director.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Good personality and professional etiquette.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Ability to travel frequently for official work.
- Strong coordination and follow-up skills.
- Professional, proactive, and trustworthy.
Preferred Qualification
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1–5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or Administrative Executive.
- Freshers with excellent communication and confidence may also apply.
Salary
₹25,000 – ₹45,000 per month (Negotiable based on experience)
