- Lead Generation & Market Research: Proactively source new buyers, sellers, and investors through networking, cold outreach, and analysis of local real estate trends.
- Client Relationship Management: Guide prospective clients through property portfolios, understand their requirements, and conduct regular site visits.
- Contract & Deal Negotiation: Draft and negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts with clients and key stakeholders to finalize profitable real estate deals.
- Strategic Partnerships: Collaborate with realtors, financial institutions, and contractors to expand the market presence and referral network.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
- Experience: 3 to 5+ years in real estate sales or business development with a proven track record of meeting sales targets.
- Skills: Strong negotiation, communication, strategic planning, and proficiency in CRM software.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
