- Promote and sell premium Basmati Rice varieties including 1121, 1885, 1718, 1509, and 1401 in global markets.
- Generate international business leads through B2B portals, LinkedIn, trade fairs, referrals, and market research as part of the Business Development Executive role.
- Convert inquiries into confirmed export orders through effective follow-up, negotiation, and international sales activities.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with overseas buyers, importers, distributors, and agents.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, payment terms, and export contracts with international customers.
- Coordinate export shipments with freight forwarders, shipping lines, logistics partners, and customs agents.
- Prepare and verify export documentation, including Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading, Certificate of Origin, and other shipping documents.
- Ensure compliance with DGFT, APEDA, Customs, and destination country import/export regulations.
- Track shipments and provide timely updates to international customers.
- Resolve customer queries, shipment delays, documentation issues, and payment follow-ups.
- Identify new international markets and expand the customer base.
- Monitor international rice market trends, competitor activities, and identify new export opportunities.
- Maintain CRM records and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly international sales and export reports.
- Coordinate with production, quality, dispatch, and accounts teams for smooth execution of export orders.
- Achieve monthly and annual international sales, export business, and lead conversion targets.
Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹250,000.00 per month
