BE (Civil) / DCE with 5 Years Experience in Quantity Survey of Apartments, Villas, Building Works etc. Candidates should be Coimbatore based and should have a Two Wheeler and valid driving license. Applicants should be ready to join at short notice.
- Study the drawings and prepare an execution plan as per agreed terms and conditions
- Coordinate with civil execution team to arrive at required BOQ & BOM and schedule
- Coordination with purchase department and Accounts department to get materials on time
- Labour bill certification for payment
- Contractor Bill Certification
- Material Bill Certification
- Periodical inspection to ensure the quality and quantity of every work done
