Location: On-Site (Uttarakhand)
Experience: 0–3 Years (Mining, Quarry, Stone Crusher, or Earthworks)

Core Responsibilities:
Supervise daily river bed excavation and loading of materials (Sand, Bajri, Boulders).
Manage vehicle entry/exit, verify transit passes (e-Ravanna/chalans), and oversee dispatch logs.
Coordinate heavy machinery operators (excavators/tippers) and site labor.
Ensure strict compliance with mining department guidelines and safety protocols.
Requirements:
Prior experience supervising raw material extraction, mining patches, or heavy civil construction sites.
Comfortable managing local labor forces and active on-site operations.
Basic familiarity with digital weight-bridge logs or dispatch ticketing.
Fluency in Hindi.
