Our Enterprise Performance team helps organizations transform core business operations through technology, data, and innovation across finance, supply chain, and IT. Within this practice, professionals work with Deloitte client service teams to design and deliver solutions that improve operational performance, enable digital transformation, and drive measurable business outcomes.
As part of this team, you will help clients address complex supply chain challenges by combining functional knowledge with emerging technologies, including Generative AI and intelligent automation. The work spans areas such as planning, sourcing, manufacturing, logistics, and distribution, with a focus on building practical, scalable solutions that support better decision-making and business performance.
Position Summary
As an experienced Senior Consultant at Deloitte Consulting Services, you will be responsible for individually delivering high quality work products within due timelines. Need-basis you will be mentoring and/or directing junior team members/liaising with onsite/offshore teams to understand the functional requirements.
Work you'll do
As a Senior Consultant, Technical Transformation on the Enterprise Performance team, you will be responsible for:
- Advising clients on AI platform selection for sourcing, procurement, and supplier management environments by evaluating platform fit, integration complexity, data residency, licensing, and business readiness.
- Designing and prototyping agentic artificial intelligence workflows for use cases such as supplier qualification, request for quotation and request for proposal automation, contract review, purchase order exception handling, invoice matching, and spend anomaly detection.
- Applying large language model orchestration, retrieval-augmented generation, tool use, memory management, and human-in-the-loop patterns to develop practical proof-of-concept solutions.
- Assessing procurement data readiness, including supplier master data, spend classifications, contract metadata, and integration patterns across enterprise resource planning and Source-to-Pay platforms.
- Supporting client delivery through workstream management, business case development, technology roadmaps, prototype demonstrations, and client-ready recommendations.

Our professionals as part of the Supply Chain Network Operations (SCNO) service line within Enterprise Performance focus on helping organizations achieve sustainable competitive advantage throughout their operations, spanning product development, planning, sourcing, manufacturing, logistics, and distribution. We excel at translating strategic objectives into tangible, measurable outcomes at the operational level. By aligning high-level goals with frontline execution, we ensure our clients realize real value and improved performance across every stage of their supply chain and operations.
Location: Bengaluru / Hyderabad / Pune / Chennai
Shift Timings: 11 AM to 8 PM or 2 PM to 11 PM IST as per business requirements
Qualifications
Required:
- 5-8 years of experience in technology consulting, enterprise artificial intelligence, data strategy, or enterprise transformation.
- Hands-on experience with at least one major AI platform, such as Microsoft Azure AI, Copilot Studio, Google Vertex AI, Gemini, Amazon Web Services (AWS) Bedrock, Salesforce Agentforce, ServiceNow AI, or IBM watsonx.
- Experience building or deploying AI agents or AI-powered workflows, including multi-agent orchestration, tool use, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and human-in-the-loop patterns.
- Experience with at least one large language model (LLM) orchestration framework, such as LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, Semantic Kernel, or AutoGen.
- Experience evaluating AI platforms across integration complexity, data residency, licensing, cost, and organizational readiness.
- Experience with procurement or supply chain data analysis, data quality assessment, data architecture, or spend intelligence solutions.
- BE, BTech, MCA, MSc (Computer Science), or equivalent degree from an accredited university.
Preferred:
- Experience with Source-to-Pay processes, including sourcing, contracting, purchasing, invoicing, and supplier management.
- Familiarity with Source-to-Pay platforms such as SAP Ariba, Coupa, Ivalua, GEP SMART, Zip, ORO Labs, or Tonkean.
- Experience with prompt engineering, grounding, context window management, function calling, or awareness of fine-tuning approaches.
- Exposure to AI governance and regulatory frameworks, including the European Union Artificial Intelligence Act, the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) AI Risk Management Framework, or ISO/IEC 42001.
- Familiarity with cloud data platforms such as Snowflake, Azure Synapse, or BigQuery.
- Experience with enterprise integration patterns, application programming interfaces, enterprise resource planning connectivity, United Nations Standard Products and Services Code (UNSPSC), or AI-assisted spend classification.
