Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic, creative, and commercially-minded Brand Manager to lead the strategic development, positioning, and growth of the Zorba Estates brand across all commercial verticals. This role will bridge marketing, sales, and design teams to drive brand performance, ensure consistency, and build market presence.
Key Responsibilities
- Brand Strategy & Positioning
- Develop and execute brand strategies aligned with the company's commercial objectives.
- Define and refine brand architecture, tone of voice, and value propositions for commercial real estate offerings.
- Build brand narratives that resonate with B2B stakeholders and high-net-worth clientele.
- Campaign Development & Execution
- Lead the creation of integrated marketing campaigns across digital, print, PR, and experiential channels.
- Work with internal teams and external agencies to develop compelling creatives and content.
- Oversee launch plans for new projects, ensuring high-impact market entry.
- Market Intelligence & Competitor Analysis
- Monitor industry trends, customer insights, and competitor strategies to inform brand decisions.
- Analyze brand health and market perception to recommend improvements.
- Partnerships & PR
- Identify and manage brand partnerships, sponsorships, and media collaborations that elevate the brand.
- Coordinate with PR teams for brand-building initiatives and reputation management.
- Brand Governance & Internal Alignment
- Ensure brand guidelines are consistently applied across all touchpoints—on-site, digital, sales kits, etc.
- Conduct brand training and alignment workshops with internal teams and channel partners.
Qualifications & Requirements
- 5–8 years of experience in brand management, preferably within luxury, real estate.
- Proven ability to build, grow, and manage premium or luxury brands.
- Strong understanding of B2B marketing and commercial real estate dynamics.
- Excellent storytelling, communication, and leadership skills.
- Creative mindset with strong analytical abilities.

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
