control, Planning and scheduling, Monitor project as per schedule, Steps for
increasing efficiency, Controlling projects, Target achiever, Solution for
complex drawings, Training to Asst Project Drafter & Project Drafter, Identify
weak link for non-productivity or poor quality and act in consultation with
Project Engineer, Team building, Set drafting standards, Assistance in
updating training kit, Managerial capacity.
Job
Requirements
ITI civil draftsman / Diploma in Civil with first class and should have passed
AutoCAD 2000 course in first division. Should have minimum 4 years of in-
house experience OR minimum 6 years of outside drafting experience OR
minimum 2 years of experience in CFS or LGS or HRS.
Results Manages teams well, Quality control with increased efficiency, Develops
QA&QC tools and set drafting standards, Project scheduling, Controlling,
Costing, Requirement for in-house software development, Feedback to ENS,
Update on latest tools available and demand for latest tool & techniques,
Compliance of project as per schedule, Continuous effort for increased
efficiency.
