About the Role
Paws & Collars is looking for a passionate, customer-friendly, and organized Tele Calling & Customer Care Executive to manage customer interactions, explain our complete 360° pet care services, and handle appointments efficiently. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a genuine love for pets and customer service.
The role involves handling incoming and outgoing calls, guiding pet parents about services, scheduling appointments, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring a smooth customer experience.
Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Interaction & Tele Calling
- Handle incoming customer calls, WhatsApp chats, and inquiries professionally.
- Make outbound calls for appointment confirmations, follow-ups, reminders, and customer engagement.
- Explain all Paws & Collars 360° services clearly, including:
- Grooming & Spa
- Veterinary Consultations
- Pet Boarding & Hotel
- Pet Retail Products
- Memberships & Packages
- Training & Wellness Services
- Pet Café and Lifestyle Services
Appointment Management
- Schedule, reschedule, and coordinate grooming, vet, boarding, and spa appointments.
- Maintain proper appointment records and customer databases.
- Coordinate with groomers, veterinarians, and store teams for smooth service flow.
Customer Support
- Resolve basic customer queries and service-related concerns.
- Maintain a polite, empathetic, and solution-oriented approach with pet parents.
- Collect customer feedback and support review generation.
Sales & Service Promotion
- Inform customers about ongoing offers, memberships, packages, and seasonal promotions.
- Upsell relevant services and products based on pet needs.
- Encourage repeat visits and build strong customer relationships.
Operational Coordination
- Maintain accurate customer records in CRM/software systems.
- Share daily appointment and customer updates with management.
- Support front desk and store coordination whenever required.
Requirements
- Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Kannada preferred.
- Prior experience in tele calling, customer support, reception, or sales is an advantage.
- Basic computer and WhatsApp handling skills.
- Strong coordination and multitasking ability.
- Friendly personality with a customer-first attitude.
- Passion for pets and the pet care industry preferred.

Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer success or customer service role, preferably within the pet industry.
- Pet Knowledge: Strong understanding of pet care, behavior, and products. A genuine love for pets is essential.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to convey information clearly and empathetically.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Strong ability to address and resolve client issues effectively and efficiently.
- Customer Focus: Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional customer service and build lasting relationships with clients.
