- Design, develop, and deliver engaging sales training programs for new and existing employees.
- Conduct induction and onboarding sessions for new sales hires.
- Train employees on sales processes, objection handling, negotiation, and closing techniques.
- Educate the sales team on company products, services, CRM, and industry trends.
- Monitor sales calls and provide constructive feedback to improve performance.
- Identify skill gaps through regular assessments and create action plans for improvement.
- Conduct refresher training sessions and workshops to maintain high performance standards.
- Develop training materials, presentations, manuals, and assessment tools.
- Evaluate training effectiveness through quizzes, role-plays, observations, and performance metrics.
- Work closely with Sales Managers and Team Leaders to identify training needs.
- Track individual and team performance after training and recommend coaching plans.
- Maintain training records, attendance, and performance reports.
- Ensure all training programs align with company policies and sales objectives.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
