Job Role :- We are looking for a creative, detail oriented, and passionate Social Media Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent writing skills, a creative mindset, and strong social media management abilities. You will be responsible for creating engaging content, managing social media platforms, and executing strategies that enhance brand awareness, audience engagement, and the company's online presence.
Key Responsibilities :-
- Create engaging and original content that aligns with the brand's voice and marketing objectives.
- Manage and grow the company's social media presence across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and other relevant channels.
- Develop and execute creative content calendars and social media strategies to increase brand visibility and audience engagement.
- Plan, schedule, and publish content using social media management tools.
- Monitor, analyze, and prepare reports on social media performance, including reach, engagement, follower growth, and conversions.
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends, platform algorithms, content marketing techniques, and digital marketing best practices.
- Engage with the online community by responding to comments, messages, and customer queries in a timely and professional manner.
- Coordinate with the design and marketing teams to create impactful campaigns and promotional content.
Skills & Qualifications :-
- Strong creative thinking and storytelling abilities.
- Knowledge of social media platforms, content planning, and community management.
- Basic graphic design and video editing skills using Canva and Adobe Photoshop.
- Understanding of SEO fundamentals and content optimization.
- Familiarity with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and Google Analytics will be an added advantage.
- Good communication, organizational, and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple projects and deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications :-
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Journalism, English, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in social media management, or digital marketing.
