Role Overview:
The F&B Associate is responsible for delivering exceptional guest service while ensuring smooth day-to-day operations within the food and beverage area. This role requires a customer-first mindset, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist guests in a warm, friendly, and professional manner
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
- Serve food and drinks while maintaining presentation standards
- Ensure tables and service areas are clean, organized, and well-maintained
- Handle billing and payment processing (POS systems)
- Upsell menu items, combos, and ongoing offers to enhance guest experience
- Address guest queries, concerns, and complaints promptly
- Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure timely service
- Follow hygiene, safety, and food handling standards at all times
- Support in setting up and closing daily operations
Skills & Requirements:
- 0–3 years of experience in F&B, hospitality, or customer service (freshers can apply)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer-focused with a positive attitude
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment
- Basic understanding of food safety and hygiene practices
- Willingness to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
