Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive security policies, SOPs, and emergency response plans.
- Oversee physical security of warehouses, cold storage units, transport yards, and office premises.
- Lead and manage security teams, supervisors, and outsourced security agencies.
- Monitor access control systems, CCTV surveillance, fire safety systems, and visitor management.
- Conduct regular security audits, vulnerability assessments, and risk analysis.
- Investigate theft, pilferage, fraud, accidents, and security breaches and submit detailed reports.
- Coordinate with local police, fire department, disaster management authorities, and government agencies when required.
- Ensure compliance with statutory safety, security, and regulatory requirements.
- Supervise vehicle movement security and protection of high-value inventory during transportation.
- Conduct security awareness programs, mock drills, and emergency evacuation exercises.
- Develop crisis management and business continuity plans for all logistics facilities.
- Prepare monthly security reports, incident analysis, and preventive action plans for management.
- Drive continuous improvement in security systems and operational efficiency.
Required Qualifications
- Retired Colonel from the Indian Army (Retired Lieutenant Colonel may also be considered based on experience).
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline (Master's Degree preferred).
- Professional certifications in Industrial Security, Fire & Safety, Risk Management, or Disaster Management will be an added advantage.
- Minimum 5 years of corporate/industrial/logistics security management experience preferred.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
