Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales & Revenue Management
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Drive store revenue and profitability.
- Monitor daily sales performance and take corrective actions.
- Ensure high conversion rates and average bill value.
2. Customer Relationship Management.
- Deliver excellent customer service and shopping experience.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues effectively.
- Build long-term relationships with customers.
- Ensure customer follow-ups for sales and events.
3. Team Management
- Lead, motivate, and supervise store staff.
- Conduct daily briefings and performance reviews.
- Manage staff attendance, grooming, and discipline.
- Train employees on product knowledge and sales techniques.
4. Inventory & Stock Management
- Monitor inventory levels and stock movement.
- Ensure accurate stock audits and reconciliation.
- Prevent stock loss, theft, and pilferage.
- Coordinate with the warehouse and merchandising teams.
5. Store Operations
- Ensure smooth day-to-day store operations.
- Maintain store cleanliness, visual merchandising, and display standards.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and SOPs.
- Manage cash handling, billing, and documentation processes.
6. Security & Compliance
- Ensure adherence to jewellery security protocols.
- Monitor CCTV, vault operations, and stock security.
- Ensure compliance with GST, hallmarking, and company guidelines.
7. Marketing & Business Development
- Support local marketing activities and promotional campaigns.
- Generate customer leads and referrals.
- Participate in exhibitions, events, and customer engagement programs.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and customer-handling abilities.
- Good knowledge of jewellery products, diamonds, gold, and gemstones.
