Urgent Hiring – QC/QA Manager
Job Location: Near Lal Kuan, Ghaziabad
D.K. Industries is looking for an experienced QC/QA Manager to lead Quality Assurance, Quality Control and Regulatory Compliance for our Cosmetics and Ayurvedic manufacturing unit.
The candidate will be responsible for managing QC, QA and R&D teams, ensuring quality control of raw materials, packaging materials, in-process and finished products. The role includes handling Cosmetic and Ayurvedic licensing compliances, packaging and label approvals, SOP implementation, BMR/BPR documentation, GMP and FDA compliance, customer complaint investigations, CAPA implementation, internal audits, coordination with external laboratories, and support for new product development.
The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of cosmetic manufacturing processes, regulatory requirements, quality systems and team management, with the ability to train teams and continuously improve quality standards.
Qualification: B.Pharm / M.Pharm / M.Sc. (Chemistry) or equivalent
Experience: Minimum 5 years in Cosmetics, Personal Care or Ayurvedic Manufacturing
