Medical Officer – Night Shift
Motherhood Women’s & Child Care Hospital is looking for a dedicated and clinically competent Medical Officer – Night Shift to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide medical assessment and clinical care to patients during the night shift.
- Attend to Gynecology and Obstetric emergencies and provide appropriate initial management.
- Monitor admitted patients and promptly identify any deterioration in clinical condition.
- Attend to patients with pain, bleeding, fever, pregnancy-related complaints, post-operative concerns, and other gynecological conditions.
- Assist in the management of labour/emergency gynecology cases as applicable.
- Coordinate with the Gynecologist/Consultant on call for critical and emergency cases.
- Perform initial patient assessment and document clinical findings accurately.
- Review investigations and communicate significant findings to the concerned consultant.
- Monitor post-operative and post-procedure patients.
- Coordinate effectively with nursing staff and other healthcare professionals.
- Maintain complete and accurate patient records and clinical documentation.
- Follow hospital SOPs, infection-control practices, patient-safety protocols, and NABH standards.
- Ensure proper handover of patient status and pending investigations/treatment to the morning team.
- Communicate professionally and compassionately with patients and their attendants.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
