We are looking for a QA Engineer with strong hands-on experience in both Manual and Automation Testing. The candidate should have practical experience with Cypress, web/mobile application testing, API testing and test documentation.
- Perform manual and automated testing for web, mobile and SaaS applications.
- Create and execute test plans, test cases and test scenarios.
- Develop and maintain automation scripts using Cypress with JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Perform functional, regression, integration, smoke, sanity and end-to-end testing.
- Conduct API testing using Postman, Swagger or similar tools.
- Identify, document and track defects through resolution.
- Perform basic database validation using SQL.
- Execute cross-browser and responsive testing.
- Maintain automation frameworks and troubleshoot failed/flaky tests.
- Work with development teams in Agile/Scrum environments.
Support release and post-deployment testing.

Preferred Skills:
- Strong Manual + Automation Testing experience.
- Hands-on experience with Cypress.
- Good knowledge of JavaScript or TypeScript.
- Experience with API Testing / Postman.
- Knowledge of SQL, Git, Jira and CI/CD.
- Understanding of SDLC, STLC and Agile methodologies.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with Playwright, Selenium, Appium, BrowserStack, Cucumber or Jest.
- Exposure to AI-assisted testing tools such as GitHub Copilot, Testim, Mabl, Applitools, Katalon or Testsigma.
