Job Title: Assistant Spa Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking an energetic and service-oriented Assistant Spa Manager to oversee daily operations, enhance guest experience, support business growth, and manage team performance in a premium day spa environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day spa operations and ensure smooth functioning of the outlet
- Drive revenue through service sales, memberships, and retail products
- Supervise therapists and front office team to maintain service excellence
- Handle guest appointments, feedback, and complaint resolution professionally
- Monitor outlet performance, inventory, and operational reports
- Ensure hygiene, SOPs, and brand standards are consistently maintained
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of spa team members
- Build strong customer relationships and repeat business
Requirements:
- Experience in Spa / Salon / Wellness / Hospitality industry preferred
- Good communication and customer handling skills
- Sales-driven and target-oriented approach
- Team management and leadership abilities
- Flexible to work in shifts
Experience: 2–5 Years
Salary: 20K–30K (Based on Experience)
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
