The Administration is responsible for managing front-desk operations along with providing administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day office functioning. This role is the first point of contact for visitors and supports internal teams with administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities
1. Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner
2. Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries
3. Manage visitor entry.
4. Handle daily administrative and office management tasks
5. Maintain files, records, and documentation
6. Manage office supplies and inventory
7. Coordinate with vendors, housekeeping, security, and maintenance
8. Support HR teams with administrative work
Required Skills & Competencies
1. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
2. Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Email)
3. Professional appearance and positive attitude
4. Ability to handle pressure and manage time effectively
Qualifications
1. Bachelor degree or equivalent qualification
2. 3+ years of experience in administration or receptionist role
Working Conditions
1. Full-time, office-based role
2. 6 days working / as per company policy
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
