The ideal candidate should have prior BPO voice/customer support experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to handle customer queries with patience and professionalism. Key Responsibilities - Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions in a professional manner. - Provide excellent customer service while maintaining a premium customer experience. - Resolve customer queries, complaints, and service requests efficiently. - Maintain accurate records of customer conversations and updates in the CRM system. - Achieve quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets. - Follow company policies, SOPs, and process guidelines. - Escalate unresolved or complex customer issues to the relevant team when required. - Build positive customer relationships through clear and effective communication. - Maintain high standards of professionalism, confidentiality, and service quality. - Work closely with team members to achieve process goals and deliver smooth customer support operations. Eligibility Criteria - Minimum 6 months of on-paper BPO experience is mandatory. - Experience in Voice Process / Customer Support preferred. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. - Strong customer handling, listening, and problem-solving skills. - Basic computer knowledge and good typing speed. - Comfortable working in a fast-paced work environment. - Immediate joiners preferred. Preferred Candidate Profile - Confident and professional communication style. - Ability to handle customers calmly and efficiently. - Customer-focused mindset with a positive attitude. - Good team player with strong coordination skills.
