About the Role
We're looking for a highly organized and proactive Podcast Operations Coordinator to manage the end-to-end coordination of our podcast operations. This role involves guest outreach, scheduling, communication, and channel management to ensure the smooth execution of every podcast episode.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and reach out to potential podcast guests.
- Coordinate with guests and manage all communication from invitation to recording.
- Schedule podcast recordings and manage calendars.
- Follow up with guests to ensure timely confirmations and smooth coordination.
- Manage the podcast production pipeline and publishing schedule.
- Coordinate with the content, editing, and design teams for timely delivery of episodes.
- Handle YouTube channel management, including upload coordination, metadata, thumbnails, and publishing schedules.
- Maintain trackers for guest outreach, recordings, and episode status.
- Ensure all podcast-related operations run efficiently and on schedule.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in operations, project coordination, creator management, content management, or a similar role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deadlines.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Calendar) and Microsoft Excel.
- Self-motivated and comfortable working remotely.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with podcasts, YouTube channels, creators, or digital media.
- Familiarity with YouTube Studio and content publishing workflows.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Job Details
- Location: Remote (Preference for candidates based in Delhi NCR)
- Work Schedule: Full-time, 6 days a week
