Job Title: Biomedical Engineer (BME)

Key Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair biomedical equipment.
- Perform preventive maintenance and calibration of medical devices.
- Coordinate Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) and Comprehensive Maintenance Contracts (CMC).
- Ensure compliance with NABH, NABL, and statutory biomedical equipment standards.
- Maintain equipment inventory, maintenance logs, and service records.
- Coordinate with vendors for installations, repairs, and warranty claims.
- Train clinical staff on the safe use of medical equipment.
- Monitor equipment uptime and minimize equipment downtime.
- Assist in procurement by evaluating technical specifications of biomedical equipment.
Qualifications
- B.E./B.Tech in Biomedical Engineering or Electronics Engineering.
- 2–5 years of hospital experience preferred.
- Knowledge of NABH standards and biomedical safety protocols.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
