Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Sr. Site Engineer – Quality and Execution to oversee site activities, quality control, and execution works for high-rise building construction projects. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge, hands-on site experience, and the ability to coordinate with project teams, contractors, consultants, and vendors to ensure timely and quality project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day site execution activities as per approved drawings, specifications, and project timelines.
- Ensure quality standards are maintained across civil construction activities.
- Monitor workmanship, material usage, and construction practices at site.
- Coordinate with contractors, consultants, architects, and internal project teams.
- Review drawings, BOQ, and technical documents related to site execution.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and site procedures.
- Track project progress and report updates to the project manager.
Requirements
- Qualification: B.Tech in Civil Engineering
- Experience: 8 to 10 years
- Strong experience in high-rise building construction
- Experience in multi-storey hospital projects preferred
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
