We are seeking a results-driven and strategic Digital Marketing Manager to lead our digital marketing initiatives and drive qualified leads, brand awareness, and revenue growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, optimizing, and managing digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms while leading a creative and performance-focused marketing team.
Key ResponsibilitiesStrategy & Planning
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Create monthly, quarterly, and annual marketing plans.
- Identify new growth opportunities through digital channels.
- Allocate and manage marketing budgets effectively.
Performance Marketing
- Plan, launch, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on:
- Meta (Facebook & Instagram)
- Google Ads
- LinkedIn Ads
- YouTube Ads
- Monitor campaign performance and improve ROI, CPL, and ROAS.
- Conduct A/B testing for creatives, landing pages, and ad copies.
Social Media Management
- Oversee content strategy across all social media platforms.
- Ensure consistent brand messaging and engagement.
- Monitor trends and recommend innovative marketing ideas.
SEO & Website Management
- Develop SEO strategies to improve organic rankings.
- Monitor website performance, user experience, and conversion rates.
- Coordinate website updates with the design and development teams.
Lead Generation & CRM
- Generate qualified leads through digital campaigns.
- Work closely with the sales team to improve lead quality and conversions.
- Monitor lead funnels and customer journeys.
- Implement marketing automation where applicable.
Analytics & Reporting
- Track KPIs using Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, and other reporting tools.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
- Provide insights and recommendations for campaign improvements.
Team Management
- Lead and mentor the digital marketing team.
- Coordinate with graphic designers, content writers, video editors, developers, and sales teams.
- Assign tasks, review deliverables, and maintain quality standards.
Branding & Content
- Review marketing creatives before publication.
- Ensure all marketing materials align with brand guidelines.
- Plan promotional campaigns, product launches, and seasonal marketing activities.
Market Research
- Analyze competitors and industry trends.
- Identify emerging platforms and marketing technologies.
- Recommend strategies to stay ahead of competitors.
