Industry: Real Estate / Construction (Building)
Qualification: B.Tech/B.E. in Civil Engineering (Mandatory)
Experience: Minimum 4–8 years of experience in real estate or construction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and audit BOQs (Bill of Quantities) and BOMs (Bill of Materials) for accuracy and completeness.
- Verify project quantities, material consumption, and contractor billing.
- Conduct BOQ/BOM audits to identify discrepancies, cost variations, and billing errors.
- Perform quantity take-offs and material reconciliation.
- Coordinate with project, planning, procurement, and site teams to resolve audit observations.
- Ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and project standards. Maintain accurate records and prepare audit reports, MIS, and project documentation. Update and verify project data in ERP (Farvision preferred).
- Support cost control, budgeting, and project planning activities.
- Required Skills: Strong knowledge of BOQ, BOM, quantity surveying, billing, and cost estimation.
Required Skill :
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems (Farvision preferred).
- Proficiency in MS Excel and MIS reporting. Excellent analytical, communication, and coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
Pay: From ₹8,862.16 per month
