Key Responsibilities:
- Administer and manage Control-M scheduling environment (installation, configuration, and maintenance)
- Monitor and troubleshoot batch jobs and scheduling issues
- Perform job scheduling, workflow management, and dependency handling
- Ensure timely resolution of production issues and critical incidents
- Provide 245 support and be available for weekend on-call for critical cases
- Coordinate with application, infrastructure, and support teams for issue resolution
- Maintain system performance, stability, and reliability
- Implement changes, upgrades, and patches as required
- Prepare and maintain documentation (SOPs, runbooks, etc.)
Required Skills:
- Strong expertise in Control-M (Administrator level)
- Good hands-on experience in Autosys
- Knowledge of batch scheduling, job automation, and workflow orchestration
- Experience in incident management and production support
- Basic understanding of Unix/Linux and scripting (Shell preferred)
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in enterprise-level scheduling environments
- Exposure to ITIL processes
- Good communication and coordination skills
